I love April because it's my birthday month!
Shahril plans to take me to Taiwan but since Ramadhan is a month from now, so I decided to choose somewhere near. I need to save some leave for Raya. After we discussed which place to go for this year birthday trip, we finally decided to pick Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort Tioman.
All I can say is I enjoyed my stay. I had pretty relaxed mind and soul. This place is not so big but it's enough for those who are looking for a weekend getaway, retreat or just be with nature. When I mentioned NATURE, I really meant N A T U R E - the resort offers all the nature in the ocean and forest with no internet services and network coverage except at the Reception area.
So, you must expect your ONLY connection is nature - birds chirping, ocean waves sound, a vegetation community dominated by trees and other woody shrubs and the white sandy beach accompany with the crystal clear water.
Activities: Spa, Snorkeling, Diving, Jungle
Trails, Round Island Tour, Fish Feeding (morning & night).

from Easybook Malaysia (www.easybook.com) for ferries at Mersing to Kg. Genting. The shutter boat takes about 20mins to get to Tunamaya.
