It was Sunday. Lazy Sunday - oh! by the way, on Saturday I went to Muar for my cousin's wedding. And because it was Chinese New Year break, the whole Malaysia was having a long holiday. So, we can expect heavy traffic on the highway especially. Yeah, HEAVY traffic. I WAS STUCK IN THE JAM FOR 6 HOURS only from Muar to JB. And I was the one driving. What the FUDGE?! (my 2019 resolution is less swearing, so yeah...fudge) .
So, back to my Sunday.
Got up late and we already ready for lunch. we had lunch nearby the house then to Desaru. Hubby wants to find some furniture for his aquarium room and for the house too. About an hour or less, we reached Desaru's shop lots and found one furniture shop runs by Pakistani guy - Shirin (if i spelled it right).
We managed to get a console table for the hall and a single sofa for his aquarium room. We couldn't get anything more because the shop doesn't transport to Senai - too far.
At around 5:30pm ish, we went to Lotus Desaru Resort and Spa to pray and to kill the time for dinner. The waves were very strong that day it says "No swimming allowed" so we took a stroll at the beach to Sand and Sandals, just next to Lotus.
